This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you visit axqira.com or use our real estate crowdlending services in Argentina, in accordance with Argentine Data Protection Law 25,326.

We collect: (i) identification data (first and last name, national ID, tax ID); (ii) contact data (email, phone); (iii) financial data required for investment and regulatory compliance; (iv) browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited).
We use your data to: manage your subscription, inform you about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina, comply with anti-money laundering regulations (UIF) and CNV requirements, and improve our platform.
Processing is based on your free, informed and express consent when completing the subscription form, on the fulfilment of legal obligations (Law 25,246, CNV Resolutions) and on the legitimate interest of Axqira to provide its services.
We keep your data for as long as your relationship with Axqira lasts and afterwards for the legally applicable periods in tax, regulatory and anti-money laundering matters (up to 10 years where applicable).
We may share data with: competent authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when legally required, technology vendors under confidentiality agreements, auditors and legal advisors, always within the framework of Law 25,326.
You have the right to access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them write to privacy@axqira.com attaching a copy of your ID. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority.
We apply adequate technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, access controls, periodic audits and internal awareness programs. No system is infallible — we recommend using strong and unique passwords.
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or product changes. We will publish the new version on axqira.com with the corresponding update date.
